Visitor Information

Data Collection and Usage

Our company’s policy is to collect and store as little user information as possible to allow for the effective use of our products.

Some of our company’s products can access data in Google accounts. Any data that is collected as a result of an authorized request to connect a Google account to our application is obtained solely through using Google API services, and only enough data is collected and stored to allow for the effective use of our application’s feature that your Google data is designed to enhance. If you are using the Smart Service Google Calendar Integration module, we will access the appointment dates, times, and descriptions on your Google calendar so that the data can be displayed and manipulated by Smart Service. If you are sending email with a Gmail account, we will send email on your behalf and nothing more. Smart Service’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Any data that we collect and store will never be shared with anyone for any purpose.

Mobile Application Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use third-party services to help us operate, analyze, and improve the performance and stability of our mobile applications.

Firebase Crashlytics

Our mobile application uses Firebase Crashlytics, a crash reporting service provided by Google LLC. Crashlytics collects information related to app crashes and errors, which may include device information (such as device model, operating system version, and app version), timestamps, and diagnostic data needed to identify and fix technical issues and improve app stability. Crash reports may include identifiers associated with the app installation and are transmitted to Google for processing.

Firebase Analytics

We also use Firebase Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how users interact with our mobile application. Firebase Analytics collects usage data such as app interactions, session duration, feature usage, device information, and approximate location (for example, city/region) inferred from device or network signals. This information helps us improve app functionality and user experience. Firebase Analytics assigns a unique, anonymized identifier to each app installation and may use device identifiers and similar technologies.

Data Use and Sharing

The information collected through Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics is used solely for application performance monitoring, analytics, and improvement purposes. This data is shared with Google LLC as a service provider in accordance with Google’s privacy policies and data processing terms.
