The Oracle โ The AI Data Analyst Built Into Smart Service
Ask, and It Shall Reveal

How The Oracle Works
From Question to Decision in Five Moves
Meet the Analyst You Didn't Have to Hire
The Oracle plans the analysis, runs it in front of you, and hands back charts, documents, and next steps โ all inside Smart Service.
Start With What You Want to Know
Twelve ready-to-load topics โ Leads, Customers, Calls, Work Orders, Invoices, Payments, and more. Tap one and The Oracle pulls exactly those records into your browser and greets you, ready to talk.
Choose the Window That Matters
This month, last quarter, the last 365 days โ one-click presets or a full calendar. Hit Fetch & Reveal and The Oracle pulls exactly those records from your Smart Service database into your browser, and tells you precisely how many it's looking at.
Ask Anything, in Plain English
Type like you'd text a friend, or tap one of the ready-made prompts written like a sharp analyst. Press Enter โ then watch it work: The Oracle shows each step as it queries your records and builds the answer. No black box, no mystery math.
Charts THAT ANSWERย BACK
Bar, line, doughnut, or pie โ switch with one click. Hover for exact values. Click any segment to drill into that slice of your data. Then take it with you: PNG, CSV, or copied straight into your spreadsheet.
Boardroom-Ready Documents
Ask for a revenue analysis, an AR aging report, an invoice, a quote, or a statement โ and Claude AI writes the whole document: executive summary, trend tables, rep breakdowns. Copy it, download it, print to PDF, or email it in one tap. It even flags risks and recommends what to do next.
Your Reports, Reborn โ Saved Prompts
Your Reports, Reborn

Turn Your Reports Into One-Tap Prompts
The reports you already live by don't have to die in your old software. Capture the format in a saved prompt โ headers, sections, layout โ save it to the dataset once, and from then on it's one click: same structure, live Smart Service data, any date range.
- Bring any report:Old software, accountant's template, homegrown spreadsheet โ spell the format out once in a prompt, and The Oracle can run it.
- Save it as a prompt:Saved prompts attach to their dataset and appear in every new session โ one tap away, your shorthand for how your business reports.
- Run it forever:Fresh data every time you click. Month-end reporting stops being a project and becomes a button.
- Keep your format:Same headers, same sections, same layout your team already reads โ the prompt captures the blueprint, and The Oracle rebuilds the report to match.
- Any date range:This month, last quarter, year to date โ the saved prompt regenerates the same report for whatever window you load.
- Export and send:Every rebuilt report copies, downloads, prints to PDF, or emails itself to your inbox in one tap.
- Start with a real example:The sales tax liability report your bookkeeper used to lose an afternoon to? One saved prompt. One click. Done monthly.
- Your data stays put: The dataset loads in your browser and stays there. Running a saved prompt never ships your full books anywhere.
- Claude sees the plan, not your numbers: In AI mode, only your question, the table layout, and a few sample rows go out โ the answer is computed locally.
Switching software and scared of losing your reports? That fear keeps businesses stuck on systems they've outgrown. Bring the reports with you instead.

Insights, Not Just Numbers

Know What to Do Next
The Oracle doesn't just report the numbers โ it reads them. Ask one question and it flags the risks hiding in your books โ collection crises, unprofitable reps, quotes sitting at $0 โ recommends concrete next steps, and suggests the follow-up questions worth asking. One tap emails any answer straight to your inbox.
- Risks, flagged automatically: Collection crises, negative-margin reps, invoices missing a type โ The Oracle raises its hand before they cost you money.
- Next steps, spelled out: Every analysis ends in action items โ start the collections push, review that pricing, clean up those records.
- Trends, called by name: Volatile months, strong closes, momentum shifts โ observations that read like an analyst's notes, not a data dump.
- Follow-ups, suggested: Tap Suggest Questions and The Oracle drafts the next questions worth asking โ one answer becomes a real investigation.
- Email it to me: Any answer, chart, or report becomes a formatted email in your inbox with a single tap.
- Right in the chat: Takeaways land in the same conversation where you asked โ no separate reports module to learn.
- The analyst brain: Recommendations come from Claude AI mode; the local engine still answers instantly when you just need the numbers.
Numbers tell you what happened. The Oracle tells you what to do about it.
FAQ
The Oracle is an AI data analyst built into Smart Service. You load a dataset โ invoices, work orders, leads, any of twelve โ and ask questions in plain English. It answers with interactive charts, sortable tables, pivot summaries, formatted documents, and plain-language recommendations.
No. If you can type a text message, you're qualified. Every dataset also opens with ready-made prompts written like a real analyst, so you can get a serious answer with one click before you ever write a question of your own.
Only what you load. You pick the dataset and the date range โ say, Invoices for the last 90 days โ and The Oracle fetches exactly that from your Smart Service database. The Vision panel shows every record count and field name, so you always know what it's working with.
Nowhere. The dataset lives in your browser and the analysis runs on your device. If you enable Claude AI for deeper analysis, only your question, the data's column names, and a few sample rows are shared โ Claude returns a plan, and your browser executes it locally against the full data. Results leave your machine only if you email them to yourself.
Local mode is The Oracle's built-in engine โ instant counts, filters, tables, charts, pivots, and CSV exports with no internet round-trip. Claude AI mode adds the analyst brain: multi-step reasoning, formatted documents, forecasts, and recommendations. If an AI call ever fails, The Oracle falls back to the local engine so you still get an answer.
Yes. Describe the report's structure in a prompt โ headers, sections, layout โ and save it to the dataset. Saved prompts appear in every session for that dataset and can be edited any time. With Claude AI enabled, tapping the pill rebuilds the report from whatever data you've loaded โ this month, last quarter, any range you choose.
