My Service Depot was founded nearly twenty years ago by software whizkid Skip Stringfield. While working as a hired hand for a lawn care company, Skip recognized a void in the software offerings catering to his niche. Immediately, he set to work. Skip’s QuickBooks add-on Smart Service was a service industry game-changer, offering functionality above and beyond what was available at the time. Two decades later, Smart Service is still leading the pack. Twenty years of experience and customer feedback informs every one of My Service Depot’s software offerings, including our latest and greatest, the mobile app iFleet.

Even the most advanced software is worthless if you don’t know how to use it. At My Service Depot, our implementation team will make sure you get the training you need to hit the ground running. Become a customer and you’ll receive two one-on-one training classes designed to help your business set up Smart Service in a way that makes sense for your industry and job process. We invest in your success like no one else in the service software field.


If you run into a problem further down the line, our unrivaled Help Desk will pick up the slack. A team of experienced technicians await, each raring to answer your software questions. Call us during regular business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday), to connect with a genuine Smart Service expert. In an era when most companies are pushing clients into long phone queues, we’re looking for ways to provide more personal help to our customers.
