1. Program Description

Users can text keywords to receive information about the Smart Service software. Messages may include automated, one-time responses containing links to video demonstrations, links to schedule a personalized demo, or links to other informational web pages. Additionally, users may receive occasional follow-up messages from a Smart Service team member regarding their inquiry.

Once a user signs up for a paid account, they can optionally enroll to receive weekly or monthly KPI charts and other informational graphics via SMS or MMS.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates Disclosure

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a one-time automated message in response to your keyword inquiry. You may also receive a limited number of follow-up messages from a team member regarding your request. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
