New text messaging features allow Smart Service users to send their customers SMS messages to remind them of upcoming appointments, and to inform them when a technicians starts traveling to their location. Office dispatchers can even conduct ongoing text conversations with customers, all within Smart Service!
Smart Service now features its own merchant service, allowing users to collect payments in the office and field, in the same software system they use for scheduling, dispatching, customer management, and accounting. Smart Service payment processing even features same-day funding. Start getting paid faster!
Smart Service has received a complete graphical overhaul. Every screen has been redesigned from the ground up to provide a more intuitive, more enjoyable user experience.
